Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts each week to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Plan each shift, monitor performance, and communicate with next Shift Manager.
• Meet McDonald’s standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Oversee food safety, inventory, maintenance, and scheduling.
• Coach and develop crew and other managers.
