Hart2Hart, Inc. DBA McDonalds is hiring a Shift/Swing Manager to oversee restaurant operations during a shift. You will lead a team, ensure high-quality food and customer service, and maintain smooth store performance.

The position includes a trainee wage of $17 per hour, with progression to $18 per hour after completing training, and a starting wage of $18.00/hr for fully trained shift managers. Benefits and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be Serve Safe certified.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be permitted to work in the US.
• Availability mornings, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Prior experience in a management role is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Train and manage a team of employees.
• Ensure food preparations and services meet quality standards and safety guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory.
• Operate restaurant equipment such as grills, fryers, and drink dispensers.
• Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Collaborate with team to meet McDonald’s standards and goals.
• Address customer concerns or questions promptly and professionally.
• Manage money counts, registers, and deposits.
