KBP Foods, part of KBP Brands, is hiring a Shift Manager for our KFC location in Moline, IL. You will lead shifts, coach Team Members, and ensure smooth restaurant operations while delivering a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, standing and moving in tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage shifts, ensuring smooth restaurant operations.
• Coach and support Team Members to deliver great guest experiences.
