Five Guys is seeking a shift manager to support daily restaurant operations and leadership in the General Manager’s absence. You will supervise crew and shift leaders, ensure high standards of product prep, delivery, and customer service, and help maintain equipment and inventory in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment preferred
