McDonald's Restaurants Limited in the United States is seeking a Shift Manager to lead shifts, ensure fast, accurate, friendly service, and uphold Quality, Service and Cleanliness. You will supervise crew and other managers, plan each shift, monitor performance, and help the next shift manager prepare to run a great shift; prior leadership in hospitality is preferred.

Starting pay ranges from $10 to $13 per hour, with benefits including 401k, paid time off, health insurance, and college tuition

Qualificações

• Leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in franchise restaurants.

Responsabilidades

• Food safety responsibilities to ensure compliant service.
• Internal communication with team and managers.
• Inventory management and stock control.
• Daily maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Managing crew performance and scheduling.
