Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen location is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to lead daily operations, deliver friendly customer service, and ensure quality food production in a fast-paced environment.

As part of a large franchise, you will support the management team, train staff, handle guest needs, and help uphold brand standards while advancing within the company. This role offers growth opportunities and a team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products following Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards.
• Assist and learn management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
