Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Lead crew and other managers during a shift to meet standards.
• Monitor safety, security, profitability, and quality of food production.
• Plan shifts, monitor performance, and hand off to the next shift manager.
• Coordinate with departments to help meet goals.
• Train and develop team members and manage scheduling.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and inventory.
• Handle internal communications and scheduling.
