Job summary

HAZA Foods in Forest Lake, Minnesota is seeking a Shift Manager to guide a team in a fast-paced, family-friendly Wendy's environment and drive excellent service. You will lead by example, help develop staff, ensure food safety, and support goals around profitability, attendance, and customer satisfaction through flexible scheduling and a positive culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training.
• Flexible work availability and willingness to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the shift team to deliver excellent service.
• Maintain food safety and uphold brand standards.
• Manage opening/closing tasks and day-to-day shift operations.
• Support management to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals.
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and welcoming for guests.

Pay Range $14.50 - $18.00 / hour
