The Shift Manager will assist and learn from the Assistant Manager and General Manager, contributing to a smooth, guest-focused experience in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ years supervisory/manager experience in food service or retail.
• Must pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the work location's primary language; English fluency may be essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products following Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards to enhance each customer’s visit.
• Assist and learn management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
