You will lead a team, ensure clean and safe operations, adapt to varying situations, coach staff, and build positive relationships with customers and coworkers while enjoying a fun, inclusive work culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant capacity preferred.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs and use hands to prepare sandwiches.
• Drive, determination, punctuality and responsibility in scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your team to provide customers with a positive, inviting experience and set goals.
• Ensure the restaurant remains clean and safe by following maintenance and food safety guidelines.
