Upchurch Management is seeking a Shift Manager for its McDonald’s restaurant in Boca Raton, FL. You will lead crew and other managers during shifts to ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness, while upholding McDonald’s standards.

Responsibilities include planning shifts, monitoring performance, communicating with the next Shift Manager, and helping teams meet goals. Previous leadership experience in hospitality or retail is preferred, with a flexible schedule and a positive team attitude.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred in hospitality, retail, or fast-food.
• Strong customer service focus and positive attitude.
• Ability to supervise and coach team members across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and supervise crew and other managers during each shift.
• Plan shift coverage, monitor performance, ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for the upcoming shift.
