Qualifications

• Shift managers lead shifts weekly and provide leadership to crew and other managers.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate owned and operated restaurants.
• Experience in leadership is preferred.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to meet restaurant needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Monitor performance, safety, security and profitability, and hand over to the next Shift Manager.
• Schedule staff and train team members for daily operations.
• Ensure food quality, exceptional customer service, and compliance with standards.
• Communicate shift handoffs and prepare the next Shift Manager to run a great shift.
