Job summary

McDonald's Wichita is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the crew, oversee scheduling, and ensure a fast, accurate, friendly guest experience every visit. This role is essential to maintaining high standards in a franchisee-owned restaurant.

You’ll model teamwork, supervise food safety and cleanliness, take action on safety, security, and profitability, and mentor others through ongoing training and development.

Responsibilities

• Shift Managers lead shifts weekly, planning for each shift and monitoring performance.
• Supervise crew and managers to ensure McDonald’s standards of quality, service and cleanliness.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability and communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure a smooth handoff.
• Help meet targets and support departments in achieving goals.
