Little Caesars is hiring immediately for Shift Managers and Assistant Managers at our Glen Carbon location. Qualifications

• Excellent customer service experience in fast food, restaurants, or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Able to work at least 25 hours per week.
• Willingness to lead and take on additional responsibilities.
• Reliable and hardworking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a shift of 2-7 people
• Supervise restaurant employees and work productively
• Ensure customer satisfaction and profitability during shift
• Manage cash handling and shortages
• Conduct inventory counts
• Maintain temperature controls
• Address and resolve customer complaints
• Train crew members
• Assist GM with management responsibilities
• Count and place food and soda orders
• Perform all crew duties as needed
