Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations during shift, including cost and cash controls.
• Maintain inventory, staff, and customer relations.
• Follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time.
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, marketing, and store cleanliness.
• Take telephone orders and process in-person orders.
• Stock ingredients and prepare product.
• Record inventory and complete paperwork.
• Train on orientation program.
