MRCO is hiring a Shift Manager in Murfreesboro, TN to support the RGM by running great shifts and guiding a team. You will take ownership, solve problems, and provide guidance while prioritizing customer satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• Strong preference for internal promotion from Hourly Champion position.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform basic business math.
• Ability to stock shelves and coolers.
• Ability to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction.
• Ability to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves and lift and carry trash containers to outside bin.
• Ability to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant.
• Must tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring consistent customer satisfaction.
• Executes MIC (Manager-In-Charge) routines and ensures People, Customers and Service responsibilities are completed.
• Ensures team members complete Shift Excellence tasks for their position(s).
• Maintains neat appearance and uniform compliance.
• Demonstrates customer-first approach and positive relations.
• Ensures food safety, quality and order accuracy.
• Resolves customer complaints quickly while maintaining goodwill.
• Greet customers with a smile and maintain a polite, helpful demeanor.
• Work with management and peers as a team; provide help when needed.
• Participate in training and handle conflicts constructively.
