Job summary

As a member of the management team, you are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, and for upholding policy and procedures with your crew.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Hunger to learn and follow proven systems.
• Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, and cash handling.
