Culver's in Lexington, KY is seeking a full-time Shift Manager to run the store during your shift, oversee front counter, drive-thru and kitchen, coach the team, and ensure guests leave satisfied.

Pay starts at $17–$23 per hour with weekly pay and a clear management track. You’ll work rotating opening, mid, and closing shifts, including weekends, and enjoy benefits like paid vacation and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• 1+ year leading shifts in a restaurant, retail or hospitality setting.
• Calm under pressure, and makes on-the-spot decisions.
• Open, mid, and close availability, including weekends.
• Willingness to learn the Culver’s way and grow with us.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts: people, food quality, speed and cleanliness
• Coach and develop your team, and set the example yourself
• Handle guest concerns, cash procedures and food-safety checks
