Legacy Restaurant Group is hiring a Shift Manager for a Wendy's restaurant in Kansas City, KS. You will support the restaurant management team, supervise crew members, ensure friendly service and high quality products, and help drive daily operations.

We seek at least 1 year of fast food/QSR supervisory experience and you must be 18+. Reliable transportation, strong problem-solving and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment are required. Franchisee will be your employer.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• One year of fast food/QSR supervisory experience required.
• Reliable transportation and problem solving skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Training Crew Members in operational and service behaviors.
• Supervising Crew in service, cleanliness and food quality to meet guest needs.
• Executing cost control systems.
• Demonstrating a Can-Do Attitude as part of the team.
