Job summary

McDonald’s corporate-owned restaurant is hiring a Shift Manager in Lenlock, AL. You will lead a crew and fellow managers each shift to ensure fast, accurate and friendly service while upholding Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards.

The role emphasizes scheduling, safety, and coaching to run great shifts and achieve department goals. Prior leadership experience is preferred, and eligibility starts at 18 years of age.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun, with the passion to work the famously fast paced McDonald’s environment.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Plan for each shift, monitoring performance during the shift and taking action to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Monitor safety, security and profitability and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for the next shift.
• Help departments meet their goals and achieve targets during shifts.
