Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants in Fremont, OH is seeking a Shift Manager to help the General Manager run successful shifts, hit sales and profit goals, and deliver Guest and Team service.

You will train Team Members, ensure policy adherence, and help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming restaurant environment. 1-2 years of QSR management and high energy are preferred. The role offers growth and recognition opportunities within a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
• Basic math skills are required.
• Ability to work flexible schedule and extended hours.
• High energy to keep up with a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Building sales and profits by promoting Guest satisfaction and managing restaurant operations.
• Escalating concerns or recommendations with the restaurant, employees or Guests to the General Manager.
• Ensuring policy and procedures are followed on shifts; training Team Members on Company operations, policies and procedures and Guest service.
• Identifying and responding to complaints and policy violations.
• Helping ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean and fun environment for employees and Guests.
