Dairy Queen location is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure high quality customer service and food safety standards. This role is part of the Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen location, offering growth opportunities in a large franchise network.

You will support the Assistant Manager and General Manager, manage shifts, train staff, and handle customer issues while upholding brand standards in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location; Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products following standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen to enhance each customer’s visit.
• Assist and learn management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
