Job summary

McDonald’s is hiring for a Shift Manager role in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. You will lead shifts, ensure fast, accurate, friendly service, and support crew and other managers during your shift.

Position offers growth opportunities to department manager, assistant manager, restaurant manager, and other corporate opportunities beyond this location. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with benefits including meal discounts, insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun, with the passion to work in the famously fast paced McDonald’s environment.
