KBP Brands, on behalf of KBP Foods KFC franchise, is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer service at a fast-paced location. You will help maintain operational excellence while supporting growth and career progression within the KBP family.

The role offers paid training, benefits including medical/dental/vision, PTO, education assistance, and opportunities to advance to Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager roles within KBP Brands.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.
