Job summary

Domino's is hiring an Assistant Manager to oversee all shift actions, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, while fostering a positive team environment and upholding Domino’s policies. You will lead a team to meet goals, maintain service standards, and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate with the operating partner on training, certifications, and hiring, and handle daily communications, quality checks, and post-shift reviews to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Set up the store and prepare for each shift using walkthrough techniques
• Review results, address concerns and set goals for the team
• Check communications (email, Teams, closing manager notes) and assist as needed
• Support training or certifications for team members and manage hiring flow
• Follow routine checklists for each store position
• Manage rush periods by directing and assisting where needed
• Ensure the customer remains the #1 priority
• Ensure TMs clock out on time and accurate shift end times
• Monitor product quality and coach remakes as needed
• Post-rush walkthrough and prep for the next rush
• Review results and communicate actions to staff
