• Basic math and cash handling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Team Members' completion of Shift Excellence tasks and maintain a neat appearance.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on Team Member performance.
• Assist the GM in screening Team Member candidates.
