Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and execute MIC routines to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Oversee Team Members' tasks and maintain clean, neat appearances.

• Provide regular feedback to the GM on performance.
• Assist with screening candidates and training Team Members.
• Support P&L by cash control, inventory, and labor management.
• Ensure proper food prep, rotation, and holding times.
