Job summary

Wendy's in Houston, TX is seeking a motivated Shift Manager to guide a fast-paced restaurant team. You will lead by example, drive guest service excellence, manage shift operations, and ensure food safety and brand standards are followed.

The role offers flexible schedules, growth opportunities, and competitive benefits. A High School diploma or GED and SERV Safe certification by training end are required. You will travel locally for training as needed and support management in achieving goals.
