Job summary

Wendy's is seeking a Shift Manager in Baton Rouge to guide a fast‑paced team and deliver exceptional service. You will model leadership, promote a customer‑first culture, and ensure adherence to brand standards and food safety practices during all shifts.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, supporting management to meet goals, and maintaining smooth operations while working a flexible schedule. Must have SERV Safe by training end and be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and stand for long periods.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Commitment to following brand standards and food safety procedures.
• Reliable transportation to travel to multiple locations for training.
