Job summary

Burger King is seeking a reliable shift supervisor to lead a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

You will train staff, ensure accurate order taking, resolve customer concerns and manage inventory and cash handling during shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or fast-food context preferred.
• Reliable and flexible availability, including weekends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and supervise the team.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, motivates and leads employees to maintain enthusiastic customer service.
• Ensure orders are taken promptly, accurately and courteously.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain high service standards.
• Take inventory during shift to determine ordering needs and stock levels.
• Count cash at shift changes and closing to prepare deposits.

HERE-S WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As an integral member of the Burger King Team, this position is responsible for:

• Supervises trains, motivates and leads employees to maintain enthusiastic customer service.
• Ensure orders are taken in a prompt, accurate and courteous manner.
• Resolves customer concerns.
• Takes inventory of stock during shift to determine ordering needs and quantity of supplies required to prevent shortages.
• Counts cash on hand at shift change and at closing to determine shortages or overages and prepare bank deposit statements.
• Ability to supervise, train and motivate team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good written, verbal and math and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.
