Five Guys is seeking a shift supervisor to help run daily operations in Whitehall, PA. The role involves directing crew, ensuring food quality and service, and upholding company standards in the absence of the General Manager.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, a passion for creating a great workplace, and a commitment to excellent customer service with a positive attitude.

The pay for this position is $18.00/hour +Tips +Bonus

Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties preformed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence: ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
