Job summary

Burger King is expanding in East Chicago, IN and seeks a capable team member to support daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure fast, friendly service.

You will train colleagues, manage inventory, handle cash, and resolve customer concerns, contributing to a positive dine-in and drive-thru experience. Location: 621 W Chicago Ave, East Chicago, Indiana 46312.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, motivates and leads employees to maintain enthusiastic customer service.

• Takes inventory of stock during shift to determine ordering needs and quantity of supplies required to prevent shortages.
• Counts cash on hand at shift change and at closing to determine shortages or overages and prepare bank deposit statements.
• Ability to supervise, train and motivate team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good written, verbal and math and interpersonal skills.
