Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, motivate and lead employees to maintain enthusiastic customer service.
• Ensure orders are taken in a prompt, accurate and courteous manner.
• Resolve customer concerns.
• Take inventory of stock during a shift to determine ordering needs and the quantity of supplies required to prevent shortages.
• Count cash on hand at shift change and at closing to determine shortages or overages and prepare bank deposit statements.
• Supervise, train and motivate team members.
• Work well in a fast‑paced environment.
• Demonstrate good written, verbal, mathematical and interpersonal skills.
• Provide reliable transportation.
