Job summary

Dhanani Group Inc. is expanding its Burger King franchise in Houston and seeks a hands-on leader for a bustling restaurant environment. The role offers opportunities for upward mobility from Team Member to Restaurant Shift Manager as the operation grows.

You will help maintain high standards of service and store performance in a fast-paced setting. As part of a dynamic team, you will supervise staff, ensure accurate order taking, resolve guest concerns, and manage shift inventories and cash

• Prior customer-service experience in fast-paced settings.
• Strong teamwork and leadership abilities.
• Excellent written, verbal and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, motivates and leads employees to maintain enthusiastic customer service.
• Ensure orders are taken in a prompt, accurate and courteous manner.
• Resolves customer concerns.
• Takes inventory during shift to determine ordering needs and supplies.
• Counts cash on hand at shift changes and closing to detect shortages/overages.
• Ability to supervise, train and motivate team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good written, verbal and math and interpersonal skills.
