Job summary

Burger King Crosby, TX is seeking an enthusiastic Team Member to support daily restaurant operations and deliver friendly customer service, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area.

You will take orders promptly, supervise teammates, manage stock during shifts, and handle cash at shift change and close. We value personable, results-oriented individuals with reliable transportation and opportunities to grow to a Restaurant Manager as the Crosby location expands.

Qualifications

• In-person customer service and teamwork skills.
• Strong written, verbal, math and interpersonal abilities.
• Reliable transportation and attendance are required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises trains, motivates and leads employees to maintain enthusiastic customer service.
• Ensure orders are taken in a prompt, accurate and courteous manner.
• Resolves customer concerns.
• Takes inventory of stock during shift to determine ordering needs and quantity of supplies required to prevent shortages.
• Counts cash on hand at shift change and at closing to determine shortages or overages and prepare bank deposit statements.
• Ability to supervise, train and motivate team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good written, verbal and math and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.
