Job summary

Burger King is seeking a shift supervisor or similar role to lead a team at our Corpus Christi location. You will supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver great customer service in a fast-paced setting. You will handle orders, resolve guest concerns, and manage inventory and cash during your shift.

The position requires reliable transportation, solid math and communication skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a team-driven environment. Employment is onsite at 309 IH 37.

HERE-S WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As an integral member of the Burger King Team, this position is responsible for:

• Supervises trains, motivates and leads employees to maintain enthusiastic customer service.
• Ensure orders are taken in a prompt, accurate and courteous manner.
• Resolves customer concerns.
• Takes inventory of stock during shift to determine ordering needs and quantity of supplies required to prevent shortages.
• Counts cash on hand at shift change and at closing to determine shortages or overages and prepare bank deposit statements.
• Ability to supervise, train and motivate team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good written, verbal and math and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.
