Burger King Naperville is seeking a Restaurant Shift Supervisor to support daily operations, coach team members, and ensure fast, friendly service. You will supervise, train, and motivate staff, handle cash at shift changes, and resolve customer concerns while maintaining quality and safety standards.

• Counts cash on hand at shift change and at closing to determine shortages or overages and prepare bank deposit statements.
• Ability to supervise, train and motivate team members.

• Good written, verbal and math and interpersonal skills.
