Job summary

MAC Pizza, the Domino’s franchise in Texas, is seeking a Shift Manager to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced store environment. You will receive training in product quality, sanitation, interviewing, and hiring, and you will learn the leadership skills necessary to guide and motivate staff.

As a Shift Manager, you will work with the team to Conquer the Rush, manage daily store operations, and uphold service standards while supporting franchise goals and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 18 yrs or older.
• A valid US Driver’s license.
• 1 year or more of driving experience.
• A safe driving record.
• A dependable vehicle with proof of auto insurance.
• A desire to lead people.
• 1-2 years of management experience preferred.
