MAC Pizza, the largest Domino’s franchise in Texas, is seeking a Shift Manager to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced pizza operation. You will receive training in product quality, sanitation, and hiring, and you will learn the leadership skills needed to manage and motivate staff.

You will help conquer the rush and ensure high standards, while following Domino’s brand procedures and safety guidelines. This role emphasizes people leadership and operational excellence in a busy store

Qualifications

• 18 yrs or older
• A valid US Driver’s license
• 1 year or more of driving experience
• A safe driving record
• A dependable vehicle with proof of auto insurance
• A desire to lead people
• 1-2 years of management experience preferred
