Job summary

MAC Pizza is the largest Domino’s franchise in Texas, seeking a Shift Manager to help lead a team in a fast-paced environment. You will receive training in product quality, sanitation, interviewing, and hiring to develop leadership skills and effectively manage shifts.

As you learn to lead, you’ll be responsible for team development under guidance and will participate in staffing processes to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• A valid US Driver’s license.
• 1 year or more of driving experience.
• A safe driving record.
• A dependable vehicle with proof of auto insurance.
• A desire to lead people.
• 1-2 years of management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn to lead a Team and be trained in leadership skills to develop teams.
• Receive training on product quality, sanitation, interviewing, and hiring to Conquer the Rush.
• Support shift operations and contribute to a positive customer experience.
