Job summary

Wegmans in Woodbridge, VA is seeking an entry-level leader for the Seafood department in a full-time role. You will supervise and train staff, ensuring our seafood meets the highest standards of quality, freshness and variety, while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will educate customers and team members about products, answer questions, and help shoppers choose the best options for meals. Weekend availability and strong teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience or college degree.
• Computer skills.

What will I do?

• Focus on company standards regarding merchandising, highlighting quality, freshness and uniqueness of products
• Use passion and knowledge to educate team members and customers on product offerings
• Proactively approach customers, answer questions, help locate items and offer suggestions to complete their meals

Required Qualifications

• 1 or more years of work experience or a college degree
• Computer skills
