Job summary

AES Restaurants in Wilkesboro, North Carolina seeks a proactive Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations. In this role, you will ensure exceptional guest service, manage team performance, and implement operational controls during your shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.

What will you do?

As a Shift Manager you will ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction by overseeing restaurant operations and direction of team members during assigned shifts.

As a Shift Manager you will have full accountability for restaurant operations during shifts when management is not present.
