Panera Bread Wellington is seeking a reliable Shift Manager to supervise daily operations, welcome guests, and lead a small team during opening, mid, and closing shifts. You’ll ensure excellent service, maintain cleanliness, and uphold food safety standards.

This role offers flexible scheduling, potential full- or part-time hours, and opportunities for growth within Panera’s store network. You’ll be part of a community-minded team that donates unsold product and supports local initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a background check.
• Ability to work & learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work 15-40 hours a week.
• Some holidays & weekends are required.
