Jimmy John’s in Urbana, IL is hiring a Shift Manager to help run daily restaurant operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will train team members to uphold high standards of quality, friendliness, cleanliness, and food safety.

Qualifications include at least 6 months in restaurant/retail, being 18+, and eligible to work in the U.S. This role offers growth opportunities and a competitive hourly pay rate.

$15.25 -$23.64

The base hourly pay range above represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
