Responsibilities

• Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, take action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards, monitor safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
• Help the assigned Departments meet their goals and ensure targets are met during shifts.

Qualifications

You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
