McAlister’s Deli in Temple, TX is seeking a Shift Manager to lead front-of-house operations and oversee back-of-house activities, delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will coach team members, manage shift flow, and uphold our hospitality standards while controlling labor and food costs.

Qualifications

• One year of key employee, shift supervisor or hourly management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run successful shifts in front-of-house dining and back-of-house kitchen.
• Build the business through genuine hospitality.
• Supervise labor, food and product orders to manage expenses.
• Interact with guests to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
• Complete all other tasks as assigned by Assistant Managers or General Manager.

Hourly Pay Rate:

$13.00 - $18.00 / per hour

Requirements

• One year of Key employee, Shift Supervisor or Hourly management related experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Running successful shifts in the front of house dining and back of house kitchen
• Building our business through our core value of genuine hospitality
• Expense supervision when it comes to labor, food and product orders
• Interact with guests and ensure their experience in our restaurant is one-of-a-kind
• Must be able to complete all other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by Assistant Managers or the General Manager

• No late nights. All our restaurants are closed by 10:00 p.m. and many close by 9:00 p.m.
