Dairy Queen is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager at a Fourteen Foods location, the largest Dairy Queen franchisee with over 250 locations. The role focuses on delivering quality customer service and food products while supporting store leadership.

The Shift Manager will learn management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager, supervise staff, and ensure adherence to brand standards during daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations.
