Job summary

Pizza Ranch is a fast-casual restaurant brand with locations across Iowa, offering pizza, chicken, salad and dessert buffet with delivery and takeout options.

We seek a hands-on General Manager in Story City, IA to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, manage staff, and push profitability through smart product and service standards.

Qualifications

• Passion for leading and developing people.
• Proven record of management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple situations and tasks.
• Effective communicator with good oral and written skills.
• Restaurant management experience preferred.
• Solid business acumen and basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and manage guest experience to deliver the Pizza Ranch standard.
• Drive store profitability by controlling food and labor costs.
• Mentor and develop team members to achieve service goals.
• Ensure appropriate and fair business practices and training.
