Job summary

Papa John's is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring quality products and strong customer service. You will lead by example and support company policies to maintain a high standard of service.

You will also help uphold safety and business standards, contribute to profitability, and foster a positive team environment that encourages growth and teamwork within the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification preferred.
• Availability to work during evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Strong team leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment.
