Overview

McDonald’s Works for Me is a franchisee-owned and operated restaurant. The franchisee is the sole employer and is responsible for all employment matters, including hiring, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald’s USA has no involvement in employment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly experience for customers.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for a great shift.
• Meet targets during shifts and help assigned Departments meet goals.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule who enjoys a fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in a corporate owned and operated restaurant.
